“I came up to Alta on a control morning before the road closed so I wouldn’t get caught in the cluster. During an Interlodge (when high avalanche danger confines Snowbird and Alta guests and employees to resort buildings during avalanche control work) there’s not much space to wander, so I happened down to the locker room where this guy was passed out. He probably came up early too and went downstairs to find some quiet before the storm day.” Photo: Lee Cohen
