“Pre-dawn at Sun Peaks Resort near Kamloops, BC. It was our trio of Washingtonians first time visiting the low-key resort and here, on Day 1, Treylin Steel and Jake Little check the lay of the land from the summit lightboard at Top of the World. Over the next few days, we’d try to keep up with local skier and former Olympic GS racer Elli Terwiel and her brother, Justin, as they toured us around the expansive tree skiing and clean groomers at this interior BC gem.
