Glenn Seward, whom the T-bar is named after, noted that a number of individu-als involved in volunteer operations don’t even ski—they simply wanted to be part of something bigger within the community. All positions at the hill operate on a volunteer and rotating basis—members of the Fergi-based Eagle Cap Ski Club are required to put in four days per season, but most volunteer many, many more.
