Early morning and already crowded outside of Sustlihütte—a day’s ski tour away from Engelberg, Switzerland, on the famed Haute Route. Although I didn’t do the full five-day tour connecting Engelberg and Andermatt this trip, I stayed in Sustlihütte one night and did a larger version of the classic Titlis Rundtour, which usually is a one-day tour around the majestic Titlis, starting and finishing in Engelberg. 088 The Ski Journal
