When I saw Ingrid Backstrom ski for the first time, it was like watching a human cannon ball pointed downhill. I didn’t know how talented she was so I worried a bit, but I long ago learned to let skiers do their thing and quickly buried those thoughts. Years later, Ingrid is still ripping as hard as she did for this shoot in Valdez, AK in 2008 . (MSP)
